The service was excellent, we felt welcome.

Very friendly and efficient staff, good breakfast buffet. Central location just ten minutes walk from the town center. Room was comfortable, clean and functional, but best of all nice and quiet.

Convenient location near the Festspielhaus and easy access to a nearby parking garage. Clean and basic accommodations that offer everything necessary for a short stay.

WiFi was essentially non-existent in the rooms, only working near the reception. Noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive. The aging building had a musty smell, contributing to an unwelcoming atmosphere. Some public areas appeared to be in poor condition, disappointing considering the online photos.

We missed our connection to Baden Baden because our train arrived late. When we arrived at the hotel there was a note telling us where to get our key. We had a wonderful taxi driver who helped us so much. The room was a little hard to find but we managed. The room was charming. The next morning the desk clerk helped us a lot. He told us what would be nice to visit and how to find all the transportation. He even let us leave our luggage in his office while we toured the city. It was very nice.

The breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety and fresh selections. The staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing my experience. Plus, the location is ideal for both the concert hall and the charming old town.

I stayed here before, always high standard and large rooms with good breakfast. Location: the hotel was just off the centre of the old town as well as a local supermarket. Visited a sublime casino, located relatively close to the venue...

Man, the spot was real nice, comfy bed and breakfast was on point. Grateful for the kind staff who upgraded us when we had a little trouble with the room. The location was chill, easy walk to everything. Just wished the Wi-Fi situation was better, didn't vibe with that at all.

Spent a nice 3 nights here while visiting the nearby spas and attractions. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center and the beautiful Trinkhalle. I found the breakfast to be a highlight, with fresh buns and eggs, and the atmosphere was lovely and inviting. The room was spacious and clean, which added to the comfort of my stay.

Our room was large and comfortable with good beds and fluffy pillows. The hotel is located just 300 meters or so from the pedestrian area, so it is close to shopping and the spas, but in a quiet area with plenty of street parking. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to the spas, but we were also stopping in stores along the way- it was a pleasant walk. The hotel has coupons for the spas that were helpful (1 hour free at Carcarella). The breakfast was included and typical European fare- meats, cheeses, bread, cereal. I would stay there again if I went back.

As with most European hotels, they do not provide washcloths, so make sure you bring your own if you must have one! Also, there is no one manning the door from 10 pm until the morning, so you must always have your key if you will be coming or going later than 10.

i was upgraded to nicely furnished and well-appointed guest room on lower floors. the location was particularly good and perfect, close to the shopping area.
